I remember reading about Renegade in PC Gamer and being so excited. Unfortunately, gaming on a budget caused this title to be swept under the rug for me. A couple of years later, it turned up in a cyber cafe already installed on the hard drive of the machine I was playing on. I played it for about 20 min and was underwhelmed. I remember being angry that I wasted time that could have been spent playing Counter Strike.
